The work spans restructurings, inbound and outbound investment strategies, due diligence, and tax planning for strategic transactions. You will work closely with senior professionals, contributing to advisory opinions, client presentations, and transaction structuring discussions. The role provides a rare opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to strategic and high-value matters that shape business decisions of leading multinational and Indian clients.
