About Boundary Boundary Marketing is a subset of ContentNinja, where we create marketing strategies and Martech solutions for tech/SaaS brands in the US and Europe. We solve demand generation and inbound marketing through impactful copy, strategic content, and fantastic design. Role and Responsibility: This will involve leading all HubSpot initiatives within ContentNinja, and sustaining/scaling our positioning as one of the top HubSpot agencies in the country (Diamond tier, ranked amongst the top 10) You would be required to work closely with HubSpot’s Sales team for selling HubSpot and onboarding to prospects. This would include understanding client requirements, mapping the same onto HubSpot, and showcasing demos based on the use cases required for the client. You will be required to lead HubSpot onboardings for clients, initially in a supporting capacity and then as the primary POC. You will be working with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis on HubSpot accounts they manage for their clients. This could be anything from solving small HubSpot issues, recommending and implementing better workflows, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations. You will work closely with the HubSpot CMS development team to effectively position and implement HubSpot CMS and other Hubs as needed. You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other MarTech tools (MailChimp, Buffer, HootSuite, etc.) continuously and over time become a MarTech specialist. In time, you will lead internal HubSpot bootcamps to train other ContentNinja team members on how to use HubSpot for clients Qualifications and skills 3+ years working on HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms Experience publishing content on CMS like HubSpot, WordPress, or others Ability to take a consultative and strategic approach towards solving client challenges Understanding of how to implement the apps and assets available in the HubSpot marketplace General understanding of APIs and integrations, from the business side Comfort with changing technology and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent communication skills How you can stand out Strong logic skills and understanding of how process/revenue operations happen within companies - including sales, marketing, and customer service Experience in working with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules Technical understanding of APIs and integrations Experience with web development technologies, primarily HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
