Responsibilities Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions. Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications. Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal). Requirements Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter. Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements. Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C. Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
