Position: On-roll of Client (Grade J) Work Timings: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM Working Days: 6 days a week (one rotating weekly off) Leave Policy: No leaves permitted during the first 6 months Full Time Job only Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3 months to 3 years in Telecalling or Sales (not Customer Care; no Freshers) Languages: Must be fluent in English and Hindi (Both languages are Mandatory and Hindi should be at least 70%) Age Limit: Up to 30 years Education: Graduate , 12th pass with valid proof 10th + 3-year Diploma from a recognized institute Relevant Product Experience (any of the following): Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan Against Shares, Inbound sales, Inbound calls, Loan Against Property, Credit Card, Insurance, Education Loan, Any Tele sales or Sales exp is also considered.
