Design electrical systems, components, and power distribution according to project specifications and industry standards. Develop detailed electrical schematics, diagrams, and layouts using CAD or other design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks ). Perform system simulations, l oad calculations, and power distribution studies, short circuit studies,cable schedules ,Lighting Schedules. Select appropriate electrical materials, components, and systems that meet safety, efficiency, and budgetary requirements. Collaborate/Coordination with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate electrical systems into overall designs. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards (e.g., IS, NEC, IEC). Review and modify designs based on testing results, client feedback, and project requirements. Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, manuals, and specifications. . Provide technical support during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems. . Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies and best practices.
