Job Title: Vendor Relations Executive - Event Products Location: Hyderabad (with flexibility for remote coordination) Experience: 4 - 6 Years Work Mode: On-site (Monday to Saturday) Industry: E-Commerce Languages Known: English/Hindi /Telugu (3are mandatory) About Booncart Pvt Ltd: Booncart is a growing e-commerce platform focused on making celebrations simple, elegant, and memorable. We specialize in curated event products, DIY kits for all occasions, and plan to expand into rentals and services. Our mission is to become India's most trusted one-stop destination for event needs Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for event-related products across INDIA (decor, return gifts, festival kits, baby shower essentials, birthday & wedding related products etc.). Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely supply. Verify product quality, certifications, and compliance with company standards. Product Curation & Development: Work with vendors to design and assemble DIY kits for birthdays, festivals, weddings, and corporate events. Ensure products are innovative, cost-effective, and cater to customer trends. Maintain detailed product information (pricing, measurements, quality specs, images). E-Commerce Operations (we will train if no experience): Manage product listings on the website/app with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing. Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, packaging, and timely delivery. Assist in designing offers, bundles, and promotions for different occasions. Market Research & Growth: Track competitor offerings and identify gaps in the event product market. Suggest ideas for new kits, rental options, and future service offerings. Analyse customer feedback to improve products and vendor performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Event Management, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in vendor management, or event product sourcing . Strong negotiation, communication, vendor partnership skills and coordination skills. Knowledge of product curation and event trends. Candidate must have a prir field experience in (industry/role) to be considered. Experience in scaling products and managing margins. Basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets for vendor and inventory tracking. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Passion for celebrations, dcor, and DIY event ideas.
