Responsibilities Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications Load and unload materials onto the machines Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to safety and quality standards VMC Programmer Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). Modify and optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and quality. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Set up and operate VMC machinery for initial production runs. Conduct trial runs and adjust programs as needed. Ensure all programs comply with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
