Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Rairangpur. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing operational workflows, ensuring efficiency, and implementing process improvements. Key tasks include coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, developing operational policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role also involves optimizing resource allocation and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong skills in operational management, workflow optimization, and process improvement Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures Budget management and resource allocation skills Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain customer satisfaction Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
