To expand our outreach, we are looking for an experienced professional in **Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing** for lead generation and client engagement. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, create, and execute **email marketing campaigns** to target colleges, institutions, and libraries. * Design & optimize email templates for maximum **open rate, click-through rate, and conversions**. * Manage and grow **email databases** while ensuring compliance with anti-spam regulations. * Execute **WhatsApp marketing campaigns** for lead generation, nurturing, and client follow-ups. * Segment audiences and personalize communication to increase engagement and response rate. * Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, WhatsApp Business API, or similar platforms. * Coordinate with the sales team to generate **qualified leads** and support conversion. * Conduct **A/B testing** and implement best practices for improving campaign results. * Stay updated on the latest **digital marketing trends** relevant to the education and publishing industry. ### **Key Requirements** * Proven work experience (2+ years) in **Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing**, preferably in **publishing, education, or B2B industries**. * Strong knowledge of **email automation tools** (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.). * Hands-on experience with **WhatsApp Business API / WhatsApp Marketing Tools**. * Familiarity with **CRM systems** and lead generation strategies. * Strong communication, copywriting, and campaign design skills. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report results. * Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. ### **What We Offer** * Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. * Opportunity to work in a **fast-growing book publication business**. * Exposure to **B2B marketing strategies** in the education sector. * A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. ---
