Responsibilities Full day to day store management including managing a P&L / Budget including sales, wages, shrinkage & expenses Tracking and analyzing monthly store performance and customer attrition to achieve pre-decided store targets Manage day-to-day service and operational delivery standards of the store Establishing a high level of customer service in the store ensuring a truly amazing customer experience Ensuring an efficient stock control in the store through liaising with the Buying department, in order to meet the requirements of the business and customers. Maintaining the brand integrity through corporate display standards Ensuring displays reflect and support the product suitability for the promotional calendar. In line with company standards ensure the effective Visual store layout / merchandise Providing full support to the HR Manager to ensure that all employees are fully trained and developed Motivation, training & leadership of a team Recruitment and induction of new employees Effective staffing to ensure the levels of internal and external customer service are maintained To improve & achieve overall efficiency of the store Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures through delegation and supervision Initiating investigation where required if any deviance from policy is found.
