Negotiate with travel suppliers and vendors to secure competitive rates and added benefits. Handle client inquiries, changes, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Mentor and support junior travel consultants as needed. Manage travel documentation and maintain accurate client records. Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
