Identify new business opportunities and assist in onboarding new retailers. Maintain beat plans and optimize route coverage for maximum efficiency. Submit daily sales reports, stock updates, and market feedback to the Area Sales Manager. Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional tactics to inform strategy. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and outlet-level data. Ensure proper product placement, planogram adherence, and POS material deployment. Monitor in-store branding and visibility across General Trade and Modern Trade formats. Support execution of local marketing initiatives and product launches. Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance. Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and operational SOPs. Educate retailers and distributors on product features and trade programs. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment. Collaborate with trade marketing for activation support and promotional execution. Support demand forecasting through accurate market insights.
