Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Build content calendars that reflect campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments. Campaign Management Execute customer acquisition as well as retention campaigns. Work closely with PR, marketing, and e-commerce teams to amplify brand storytelling. Content Curation Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, reels, and stories. Ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetics, and luxury positioning. Community Management Strategise and help build a community and not just a feed. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and nurture a loyal online community. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and share insights for optimization. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Qualifications 1–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury sectors . Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has strong cultural intuition, understands luxury storytelling, and knows how to turn influencer narratives into meaningful brand momentum. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a creator strategy aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments. Identify nano, micro, and macro creators who embody our brand ethos. Create a structured influencer tiering approach for gifting, paid partnerships, barter opportunities and long-term ambassador programs. Campaign Management Lead influencer-driven campaigns across platforms, driving both awareness and demand. Work closely with marketing, styling, and creative teams to amplify brand storytelling through creators. Build compelling creator briefs with clear narratives, aesthetics, and deliverables.
