Role & responsibilities Compliance of Corporate and Statutoy laws specifically related to RBI, SEBI, BSE, MCS, CSR etc. applicable to NBFC Preparation and conducting Board and various Committee meetings as well as AGM. Coordinating with RTA and NSDL for various compliance of AGM Insider trading compliance through SDD software. Compliance of PIT Regulations Handling of IEPF related matters. DIN and DSC related work. NBFC Return filing to RBI-DNBS 2, DNBS 10 and DNBS 13. Regular compliance and reporting to Registrar of Companies ROC ( MCA ) under variour aspect of Companies Act. Various filling on BSE portal in XBRL/ PDF formats with respect to their compliance. Updating of the Company website with respect to BSE compliance. Reply to various queries by the BSE, SEBI, RBI etc. Any other matter relating to Secretarial work. : Preferred candidate profile Company Secretary ( Presently Residing in Mumbai )
