Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist at Wipro Limited, your role is crucial in providing effective technical support to the process and resolving client issues in a timely manner to meet process SLAs. You will be responsible for managing transactions, fielding help requests from clients, documenting user information, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent customer service through diagnosis and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Support the process by managing transactions according to quality standards - Field all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or emails courteously - Document all pertinent end user identification information and nature of problems - Update availability in the RAVE system for productivity - Record, track, and document all queries received and resolutions - Follow standard processes to resolve client queries within defined SLAs - Access internal knowledge bases and resources for effective problem resolution - Learn appropriate product details for better client interaction - Analyze call logs to identify trends and prevent future problems - Maintain self-help documents for customers to speed up resolution time - Escalate serious client issues to Team Leader when necessary - Ensure all product information and disclosures are provided to clients - Deliver excellent customer service through diagnosis and troubleshooting - Provide product support and resolution to clients by guiding them through solutions - Troubleshoot client queries in a user-friendly and professional manner - Maintain logs and records of all customer queries - Process and record all incoming calls and emails accurately - Offer alternative solutions to retain customers and clients - Communicate effectively and follow up with customers for feedback Qualification Required: - Mandatory Skills: Health and Welfare (HW) - Experience: 5-8 Years Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company dedicated to building innovative solutions for clients" complex digital transformation needs.
