As a UI/UX Co-Founder for BoloSuno, you will play a crucial role in shaping and designing India's own voice-first platform that focuses on enabling people to speak, listen, heal, and preserve stories in their native languages. BoloSuno is more than just an app; it is a cultural movement aimed at creating a soulful tech product for over 150 crore Indians. Your responsibilities will revolve around designing a unique audio-first user experience that resonates with the diverse Indian audience. You should have a track record of designing tangible products rather than just conceptual designs. The ideal candidate thrives in the initial stages of product development, enjoys working on innovative systems, and prioritizes user flows, emotional aspects, and potential scenarios over mere screen designs. Cultural relevance holds more significance for us than following conventional Silicon Valley trends. Being based in Delhi/NCR and being open to in-person collaboration is essential for this role. In return, you will receive co-founder equity/shareholding, with the understanding that this phase involves more of a passion-driven commitment rather than a monetary compensation. Working closely with the founder and tech lead, you will have a significant influence on product journeys, accessibility layers, and voice user experience.
