Role & responsibilities Should have exposure on below functions: Boiler Safeties and boiler water parameters as per Indian Boiler Act 1923, Boiler water and steam analysis, Exposure to gas fired boilers, Periodic safety checks, Water treatment (softener/ UF) and RO plant operation, Working knowledge of PLC, SCADA and controls, Operation and maintenance of high-speed fans, pumps and burners, Maintenance and troubleshooting, Continuous improvement and maintenance practices, Basic knowledge of MS office (excel & word), Basic understanding of hygiene engineering. Job involves working in Shifts. Offered position will be in Permanent position. Overall responsibilities: the position will be responsible for Boiler operation and maintenance as per requirement, RO plant operation, maintenance & CIP, Water Softener operation and recharging, Ultra-Filtration plant operation and maintenance, Air Heaters operation and maintenance, Daily MIS report preparation for previous day operation (e.g. fuel consumed, steam produced, Boiler Yield, salt and chemical consumption), Boiler water and steam parameter testing as per defined procedure and time period, Chemical consumption monitoring and store withdrawals, Execute preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance. Preferred candidate profile well versed in reading & writing in English & Hindi. Basic knowledge of MS office (excel & word), Basic knowledge of SAP and work order management will be preferable. Good communication skills & team player.
