Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with organizational requirements. Negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure cost savings and favorable terms. Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and related documentation. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery. Maintain up-to-date supplier database, purchase records, and documentation for audit and compliance. Coordinate with internal departments (production, accounts, stores, etc.) to ensure accurate requirement planning. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations. Track inventory levels and work with the store/warehouse team to avoid shortages or overstocking. Assist in preparing procurement reports, budgets, and cost analyses.
