Job : SMT Operator Job Description: Set-Up - SMT Machines · Knowledge of safety and operation of Pick-n-Place machines as per WI or equipment manual. · Load feeders according to setup sheet using WI or machine manual. · Understand feeder sizes and pitches. · Component Identification knowledge · Verify components & feeder on job card. · Restock parts by bin location. · Confirm Traveler & BOM revs match. · Determine which SMT line product will be run. · Load program on machine(s) · Print out documentation for job incl set-up sheets.
