Job Summary: We are looking for an independent and dedicated Commi 3 Chef to join our team at Boba Bear, specializing in bubble tea and light café fare. In this role, you will be fully responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking, and ensuring the highest quality of dishes. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently and is passionate about the culinary industry. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook all menu items, including bubble tea ingredients and café dishes, following the café's recipes and standards. Manage daily kitchen operations independently, ensuring efficiency and timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and place orders for supplies when needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Present dishes attractively and consistently according to the café’s quality guidelines. Keep track of kitchen expenses and minimize waste. Perform any other duties as required to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a café or fast-casual dining setting. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen's day-to-day operations. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
