BMS Software Engineer

Role Overview: You will partner with business functions to ensure effective articulation, identification, and use of technology in a specified function to meet business objectives with a digital-first mindset. Your role will involve collaborating with global functional teams and other Digital/IT verticals to strategize, plan, and deploy IT/digital initiatives in the function. Key Responsibilities: - Possess wide knowledge of the IT domain, along with an in-depth understanding of functional and adjacent processes. - Influence functional teams in technology decisions and drive a technology-driven mindset to address business needs. - Prioritize and manage all IT initiatives within the functional domain, while collaborating with other internal Digital/IT and PMO teams. - Manage a team of 4-6 IT business partners specific to the functional domain. - Engage in global business partnering for a function. - Maintain external relationships with technology/product vendors guided by standard guidelines.
