Job Title: BMS Operator Locations: Manesar & Panchkula Number of Positions: 4 Salary Range: 20,000 - 25,000 per month Requirement Timeline: 1st April 2025 Job Description: We are seeking skilled BMS Operators for our locations in Manesar and Panchkula. The ideal candidates should have experience in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS). They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of security and automation systems. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, and BMS systems to ensure security and efficiency. Perform regular system checks, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Respond to system alarms and take appropriate action to resolve issues. ¢ Coordinate with technical teams for system upgrades and repairs. ¢ Maintain logs and reports related to system performance and incidents. ¢ Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols. Required Qualifications & Skills: ¢ Education: ITI / Diploma in CS or EC / B.Tech in CS or EC. ¢ Experience: 3 to 5 years in BMS operations, CCTV monitoring, and access control systems. ¢ Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting, networking, and security protocols. ¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple system alerts efficiently. ¢ Good analytical and communication skills.
