Job Title: BMS Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
Monitor HVAC, lighting, and other building automation systems.
Troubleshoot BMS controllers, sensors, and communication networks.
Configure and maintain BMS software and control panels.
Perform system testing, commissioning, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, and facility management teams.
Prepare technical reports and maintenance records.

Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in BMS or building automation.
Knowledge of HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, and controllers.
Familiarity with BACnet, Modbus, and BMS software.
Experience in troubleshooting and commissioning.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
