Accounting and Financial Management Maintain accurate financial records for both the Private Limited company and the Trust as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). Reconcile accounts payable and receivable separately for both entities. Manage cash flow and working capital efficiently for the Private Limited company and the Trust. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for compliance with Indian tax laws. Ensure proper accounting of donations, grants, and government funding received by the Trust. Taxation and Compliance (India-Specific) File Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the Private Limited company, the Trust, and all board of directors in compliance with Indian Income Tax Act, 1961. GST Filing & Compliance. Manage GST registration and filing for the Private Limited company and the Trust (if applicable). Work on the GST portal and ensure timely payment of CGST, SGST, and IGST as per law. Reconcile GST input tax credit (ITC) and ensure proper claim submission. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) Compliance. Ensure timely TDS deduction and deposit for employee salaries, contractor payments, and vendor transactions. File TDS returns (Form 24Q & 26Q) quarterly.
