We are seeking a diligent and responsible individual to join our team as a Packing and Dispatch Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely packing and dispatching of customer orders from our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Order Processing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on order details, ensuring all items are correct and undamaged. Packaging: Use appropriate materials to package products securely, preventing damage during transit. Labeling: Affix shipping labels and necessary documentation to packages, ensuring compliance with shipping standards. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory levels of packing materials and report shortages to the supervisor. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or discrepancies before packing and report any issues to the supervisor. Dispatch Coordination: Prepare packages for dispatch, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely shipment. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of packed and dispatched orders for tracking and reporting purposes. ✅ Required Qualifications:Educational Background: Minimum 10th grade or equivalent. Experience: Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 8 kg. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks. Communication Skills: Basic proficiency in Hindi and/or English. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
