Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects, managing schedules, risks, and resource allocations. Collaborate with system engineers, hardware teams, and customers to define and refine software requirements. Lead code reviews, technical deep-dives, and continuous improvement of software development practices. Technical Competencies 10+ years of experience in embedded software development, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in Body Control Module.
