Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and approach potential clients for opening Motilal Oswal Demat & Trading accounts. Use various sources including field activity, referrals, digital leads, and outbound calls. Ensure a healthy pipeline of prospective clients. 2. Client Acquisition & ConversionFollow up with leads and explain features & benefits of Motilal Oswal accounts. Assist clients with the complete account opening process (online & offline). Meet or exceed monthly account opening targets. 3. KYC Compliance & DocumentationCollect and verify required KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank proof, etc.). Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Submit documents in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Customer Onboarding & ActivationEnsure account gets activated within defined turnaround time (TAT). Guide clients to log in, start using the platform, and place first trade/investment. Assist with SIP or mutual fund onboarding if applicable. 5. Product Awareness & Cross-SellingEducate customers on Motilal Oswal’s trading platform, research, and advisory tools. Cross-sell relevant financial products like SIP, mutual funds, insurance, or PMS. Ensure client engagement beyond account opening. 6. Reporting & CRM UpdateUpdate daily sales activity, call logs, and lead status in CRM or sales tracker. Share regular reports with the manager on leads generated, conversions, and drop-offs. Coordinate with back-office teams for smooth processing. 7. Customer Service & Follow-upHandle client queries related to onboarding, platform usage, or documentation. Ensure high customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Take follow-up actions for pending or dropped cases.
