This role is the first point of contact for visitors and clients and involves handling calls, visitor management, and general administrative duties to support the smooth functioning of the office. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure guest protocols are followed. Coordinate with internal departments and inform concerned staff of visitor arrivals. Handle incoming and outgoing mail/couriers. Manage meeting room bookings and support in arranging meetings and appointments. Maintain records of office supplies and assist in procurement when necessary. Assist HR/Admin with basic clerical duties, data entry, and document management. Provide general administrative and operational support to the team. Requirements:Minimum High school diploma or graduate in any discipline. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Pleasing personality with a professional appearance. Good multitasking and organizational abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills:Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone systems). Prior experience in a corporate or customer-facing role. Fluency in English and local language(s).
