Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software. Reconcile bank statements and ledgers regularly. Tally API integration. All stores cashbook entry 2. Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers. Verify and process vendor bills and payments. 3. Tax & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. 4. Inventory Management Support: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock valuations. Record inventory-related expenses and adjustments. 5. Reporting: Generate periodic financial reports for management review. Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
