You will be responsible for teaching piano lessons from beginners to advanced level Grade 8 in classical and contemporary styles. It is essential that you are familiar with ABRSM/ Trinity / Rockschool syllabus and have a strong understanding of music theory up to Grade 5 ABRSM. Your lessons will primarily take place at the center on weekends and possibly one weekday. The classes will be in a private one-on-one setting, with group sessions for Popular music theory once a week. Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a focus on catering to students of different age groups, levels, and other criteria. Preference will be given to candidates with a background as a performing artist, as the school emphasizes preparing students for public performances every 4 months across various locations in Delhi NCR. The medium of instruction can be in English or any common language that is convenient for both the teacher and the student. Your commitment for this role is expected to be at least 1 year, with the potential for an increase in the number of teaching days based on performance. There might also be additional responsibilities beyond private instruction, such as handling Ensembles or coordinating the workflow of all teachers.
