Only sore point was no benches outside to wait as few arrived early. Premium service did allow me the lounge. But outside seating will definitely be helpful. Staff is courteous and the whole process was smooth. Mr. Izhar guided perfectly. Hoping for speedy and positive response now. Do carry cash and exact change.

Heads up, don't bring water bottles or any large electronic gadgets when you visit BLS. They run a tight ship, and you're only allowed in 15 minutes before your appointment. However, the service is speedy - we were done in about 20 minutes. Quite the efficient experience.
