Booked my visa appt at premium lounge. Neat and clean place. Courteous staff. Mr Firoz was very helpful and a smiling face. Only problem was that they don’t have a digital payment method. Though was prepared with cash. But that needs to be taken care of in the digital era. Overall excellent experience.
