Blown Film Operator

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30000 per month
Shift Timing: 12-hour rotational shift
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years preferred
Training: Initial training will be provided

Job Description:

We are hiring a Blown Film Extrusion Operator to join our production team. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. However, training will be provided for suitable candidates. The role involves working on a 12-hour rotational shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines for continuous and quality output
• Set parameters, load raw materials, and manage film thickness and quality
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance
• Record shift-wise production data and machine performance
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in blown film extrusion (preferred)
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts
• Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Physically fit, safety and hygiene conscious

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
