Position Summary: We're hiring a full-stack developer to build and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and content workflows that power our growth, sales, and content operations. This hybrid role blends frontend fundamentals, backend scripting, and operational tooling—perfect for someone who loves building practical solutions, collaborating across teams, and learning continuously. It’s an ideal opportunity for a full-stack generalist or early-career engineer eager to wear multiple hats and make high-impact contributions from Day 1 in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain internal tools, dashboards, and content workflows used by our growth, content, and sales teams. Develop and contribute to custom web pages, remote configuration systems, and other internal-facing interfaces. Manage and extend backend services and microservices related to content ingestion, data pipelines, and partner integrations. Write clean, reliable Python scripts and services for data upload, parsing, validation, and automation tasks. Maintain and improve the data entry console and partner analytics dashboards, with a focus on performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, growth) to develop tools that streamline operations and improve efficiency. Review and assess incoming requests for custom campaigns, ensuring feasibility from a technical and design standpoint. Convert Figma designs into polished frontend implementations that align with brand and usability standards. Build internal tooling that empowers non-technical teams to independently launch and manage campaigns. Monitor service health, debug issues, and drive continuous improvements across our internal stack. Stay current with modern frameworks, technologies, and industry trends to drive innovation. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of relevant experience in software development or technical operations. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and automation tasks. Strong grasp of frontend fundamentals: React, HTML, and CSS (for dashboards and custom web pages). Excellent attention to detail, especially during data uploads, migrations, and validation workflows. Clear and confident communication skills to work effectively with engineering, sales, growth, and content teams. Ability to review Figma designs and translate them into clean, standardized Frontend implementations. Understanding of API-based architectures, especially working with RESTful endpoints in a serverless environment. A generalist mindset — comfortable switching between frontend, backend, and internal tooling. Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of end-to-end features. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with AWS services, especially Lambda, API Gateway, and microservices architecture. Exposure to SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB, PostgreSQL). Position Summary: We’re looking for a QA Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile apps, web platform, backend systems, and machine learning–powered features. You’ll begin with manual testing of new and existing features, then gradually transition into automation testing as we expand our test coverage and capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing for mobile apps (iOS & Android), web apps, and backend APIs. Test new ML-driven features for accuracy, performance, and user experience. Create, maintain, and execute test cases, test plans, and bug reports . Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure smooth feature rollouts. Reproduce and investigate reported issues, working with the dev team for resolutions. Maintain test documentation and track quality metrics. Gradually contribute to automation testing frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs. Requirements: 1-2 years of QA experience (manual testing across mobile, web, and backend). Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and bug lifecycle. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Postman, or similar. Ability to write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports. Familiarity with REST APIs and basic database queries is a plus. Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress) is an advantage but not mandatory. Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying edge cases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. AWS Knowledge: Experience with AWS services is a plus.  Nice To Have: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and QA’s role in them. Basic knowledge of scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
