Your job description will be as follows. You will be active primarily in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh for all activities related to business development for all company products of Blossom Agritech and Klasmann Deilmann Group. This will cover key account management of existing ccustomers in this region, as well as other regions, new introduction of customers, organizing trials, training of customers by group discussions or farmers/nursery meetings, generating commercial leads. 2. You will also be working to generate new enquiry for sales and marketing to increase the existing volumes of all products such as KD peat, Shakti coir, advance substrate range, washed coir and new introductions as offered by your employer. 3. You will also coordinate with the inland logistics and secondary freight forwarders to ensure smooth execution of the orders from dispatch to deliver as customer after sales service. 4. Payment collection will also be your responsibility to complete a smooth business cycle. For any special credit terms that deviate from standard and special price commitments will need prior approval from the management subject to a reasonable justification that supports good will for customer retention and sales generation. 5. You will also involve yourself in developing new Projects/ products/markets for all product range with us which will contribute to the overall business growth of Blossom Agritech and its principals Klasmann Deilmann Group. In this lieu you will share openly your broad market information to enhance the business growth in all aspects and key areas. Innovative ideas are accepted open-heartedly with a reward and recognition. 6. In view of your office, you must effectively perform to ensure results. Your performance would be reviewed periodically as per the Company’s Performance Management System. This will include Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Yearly review. 7. As and when necessary, you will be traveling to other regions as well for business related activities.
