You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — managing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met, and keeping communication seamless. Beyond account management, you’ll also contribute to content ideation and creation — helping shape the brand voice across campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Client & Project Management Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and overall satisfaction. Translate client briefs into actionable plans for creative, design, and media teams. Manage timelines, budgets, and approvals across multiple projects simultaneously. Anticipate client needs, present proactive ideas, and identify opportunities for account growth. Prepare and present campaign reports, performance metrics, and post-campaign analyses. Content & Creative Coordination Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign concepts, messaging, and copy. Contribute to content calendars and oversee execution across digital channels (social, email, paid media, etc.). Write or edit content when needed — from social media captions and ad copies to short-form blogs and emailers. Ensure that all content aligns with brand tone, marketing goals, and platform best practices. Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, advertising, and storytelling formats. Strategy & Performance Work closely with media teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives. Analyze data to optimize campaigns and present insights to clients. Support the strategy team in research, competitor benchmarking, and creative ideation sessions. Requirements 3–6 years of experience in account management or client servicing within an advertising, digital, or creative agency. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, content creation, and digital advertising platforms. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. A collaborative mindset — able to work closely with creative, design, and media teams. Writing or editing experience (social media, blogs, or ad copy) is a must .
