Job Description

Bloomreach Consultant

  • Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Design and implement Bloomreach solutions based on client needs and industry best practices.
  • Configure and customize Bloomreach functionalities to meet specific client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on Bloomreach functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Bloomreach implementations, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Bloomreach releases, features, and best practices, and incorporate them into client projects.
  • Document project requirements, configurations, and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize Bloomreach implementations to improve performance, usability, and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience working as a Bloomreach Consultant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bloomreach technologies, including Bloomreach Experience Manager (brXM) and Bloomreach Commerce.
  • Hands-on Experience with integrating Bloomreach CMS with Backend E-commerce frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Bloomreach configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java/J2EE.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
  • Bloomreach certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
