You will be responsible for: - Writing creative content that reflects Hexnode's brand values and messaging. - Creating content for various channels such as ad copies, website content, chatbot pop-ups, emails, and other requirements. - Ensuring that the created copies align with Hexnode's voice and personality. - Conducting research on market trends, competitors, and industry standards for copies. - Identifying gaps in existing content and working towards bridging them. - Collaborating and brainstorming with multiple teams to generate new copies and stay updated with company and product updates. - Demonstrating passion for your work and taking ownership of the material you provide. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaS company (preferred). - Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnode's core message. - Adherence to deadlines and flexibility to accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams. - Self-sufficiency in providing copies that require minimal iterations. - Capability to conduct research when necessary.
