The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing blockchain solutions, with a strong understanding of various blockchain technologies and protocols. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Conduct research and analysis on blockchain technologies and trends. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing blockchain applications. Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and propose innovative solutions. Skills and Qualifications 10-15 years of experience in blockchain development and implementation. Strong programming skills in languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go. Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Corda. Knowledge of cryptographic protocols and security standards in blockchain. Familiarity with decentralized application (DApp) development and smart contracts. Understanding of consensus algorithms and blockchain architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
