We’re growing rapidly across Instagram and Facebook and are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team and help us scale organically and through smart digital strategies. Role Overview We’re seeking a female social media marketer who understands how to use social media strategically — not just to post content, but to grow brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic using SEO, analytics, and platform algorithms effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts for the brand. Plan and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars. Optimize posts using SEO-based keywords, hashtags, and trends to increase visibility. Analyze insights, reach, and engagement to improve performance. Collaborate with the creative team for reels, captions, and visual consistency. Research trends, competitor strategies, and new platform features. Drive organic traffic from social media to the brand website using effective linking, CTAs, and engagement tactics. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing (fashion, beauty, or jewellery preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms, SEO basics, and audience psychology. Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills. Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, etc.). Ability to work independently with attention to detail. Female candidates only.
