This blend of unique aesthetics and exceptional durability sets us apart in the eyewear industry. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist, based in Raurkela. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and provide personalized vision care solutions. The Optometrist will also be responsible for prescribing eyewear, managing patient records, and offering advice on eye health and preventive care. Collaborating with the Blinkpop team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention is also a key aspect of this role. Qualifications Proven clinical skills in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing ocular conditions Experience in prescribing corrective lenses, contact lenses, and vision therapy Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain accurate patient records and manage patient care plans Strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution Active optometry license in the state of practice Experience in optical retail or a familiarity with eyewear products is a plus
