Account Manager – Founder’s Office (Sales & Operations) Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years About the Role: We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to work closely with the Founder’s Office , acting as a bridge between Sales, Operations, and Strategic Execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across cross-functional teams, manage key accounts, and drive growth initiatives from the frontlines. Key Responsibilities: Founder’s Office Support Work directly with the founders on major customers, partners, and and cross-company operations. Customer Success. Sales & Account Management Own client relationships post-onboarding and drive revenue growth from key accounts. Coordinate with the sales team on proposals, deal closures, and pipeline tracking. Prepare and maintain detailed account plans, KPIs, and forecasting models. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and work with teams to capitalize. Operations Coordination Coordinate internal teams (product, support, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor SLAs, client performance metrics, and take proactive steps to prevent bottlenecks. Manage client escalations and ensure swift resolution with internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in Sales Ops, Account Management, Business Strategy, in Enterprise software . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal + external). Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to derive insights from data. Strong project management skills with a bias for execution and outcomes. Entrepreneurial mindset – ownership, hustle, and problem-solving. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Figma, Notion, HubSpot. Nice to Have: Experience working with early-stage startups or at major enterprise software companies Exposure to SaaS, consulting, or B2B product/service environments.
