Job Title: Junior Lawyer / Legal Assistant Location: Room No. 1003, Gate No. 01, YMCA, Tourist Hostel, Police Station, near Parliament, Jai Singh Marg, New Delhi – 110001 Employer: Working under the guidance of Dr. P. N. Singh (Advocate, Supreme Court of India) Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Lawyer / Legal Assistant to assist Dr. P. N. Singh (Advocate, Supreme Court) in day-to-day legal work. The candidate will be responsible for supporting case preparation, legal drafting, documentation, and court-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in legal research and case law preparation. Draft petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents. Handle filing and documentation work for court cases. Maintain and organize case files and records. Attend court hearings and take detailed notes. Coordinate with clients and maintain communication records. Support in preparing briefs and presentations for court arguments. Required Qualifications: Education: LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university. Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply. Skills: o Good command over English and Hindi. o Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills. o Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools). o Punctual and professional attitude.
