Key Responsibilities: Production Supervision: • Supervise daily production operations of shot blasting machines to meet Client output targets. • Ensure timely loading/unloading of components as per Set standard machine cycle times. • Maintain production logs and ensure accurate reporting of Production shift activities. • Coordinate with the Head Office on planning number of operator required / Machine spares, consumables required to align with dispatch and project timelines. Maintenance Execution: • Perform regular equipment checks and basic preventive maintenance activities as per Check Sheet. • Troubleshoot and assist in resolving breakdowns related to mechanical and electrical issues. • Escalate major technical issues to the senior maintenance engineer/team. • Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine area.
