Key Responsibilities Operate Purchase order systems accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders Handle cash, card, and digital payments with precision Generate and issue bills, receipts, and daily sales reports Reconcile cash drawer and report discrepancies to management Resolve billing issues or customer complaints professionally and promptly Maintain a clean and organized front counter and seating area Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery Monitor inventory of takeaway supplies Support queue management during peak hours Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in billing and customer service.
