Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer, located in QATAR. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing procurement activities, including creating and processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. Day-to-day tasks involve evaluating supplier performance, maintaining procurement records, and analyzing market trends to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Qualifications Proficiency in Purchase Orders and Purchasing Strong skills in Contract Negotiation Excellent Analytical Skills Experience in Procurement Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the engineering or construction sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
