Key Responsibilities Telecalling (Voice): Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce products/services and generate leads or sales. Handle inbound calls to assist customers with queries, support issues, or feedback. Use scripts effectively while adapting tone to the conversation. Chat Support (Written): Respond promptly to customer queries via live-chat, providing clear, helpful, and empathetic solutions. Maintain written professionalism: correct grammar, tone, and friendly style. Qualifications Minimum: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Prior experience (1 year) in telecalling, chat support, BPO, or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication in English and at least one regional language. Outstanding written communication skills—grammar, tone, clarity. Comfortable handling multiple concurrent chats (2–5) and multitasking voice interactions. Basic computer literacy:MS Office, chat tools Preferred Skills Adaptable communication style—switching between formal and conversational tone as needed. Active listening and quick reading comprehension—both vital for phone and chat scenarios Empathy and patience in handling varied customer emotions and sentiments in text.
