As an Odoo Project Manager , you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful ERP implementations — on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. You’ll bridge the gap between clients and developers, ensuring that every project drives real business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple Odoo ERP projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions. Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure quality implementation. Monitor project progress and resolve any risks or issues proactively. Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams for status updates. Ensure timely delivery of milestones and final deployment. Manage change requests and maintain documentation for all project stages. Provide post-implementation support and ensure customer satisfaction. Continuously improve project management processes and team performance. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of project management experience in IT (Odoo ERP experience preferred). Strong understanding of ERP systems, business workflows, and process mapping. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
