Role Overview The Process Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving operational processes across departments. This role demands a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, system thinking, and execution discipline. You will work closely with the top management, business heads, sales, and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Process & Operations Management Design, document, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes across sales, service delivery and support teams. Establish SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and process controls for all key operational functions. Ensure process standardization across branches and teams. Execution & Delivery Own operational KPIs, SLAs, TATs, and performance metrics. Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance and close execution gaps. Ensure seamless handovers between departments. Team Management & Coordination Work closely with team leads and managers to improve efficiency and output quality. Identify underperforming processes or teams and implement corrective action plans. Train teams on processes, compliance, and execution frameworks. Continuous Improvement Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, leakages, and risks in operations. Drive automation, tool adoption, and system improvements wherever required. Implement best practices for scaling operations. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Process Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role Strong experience in process building, SOP creation, and operational scaling Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent documentation and reporting skills Experience working with CRM, ERP, dashboards, and workflow tools High ownership mindset with strong execution bias Preferred Background Experience in consulting, startups, MSMEs, or fast-paced service organizations Experience handling multi-location operations Exposure to automation and process digitization tools Why Join BizMarg?
