Key Responsibilities:Market Expansion & Lead Generation:Identify and target new business opportunities within the AV, Broadcast, Education,House Of Worship, Gaming, Production, Post Production.Develop a strong pipeline of potential customers and generate leads through marketresearch, networking, and partner activities.• Sales & Client Management:Conduct sales presentations, demos, and product training sessions to prospectivecustomers and partners.Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance theiroperations using Camixel Technologies' product offerings.Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels ofcustomer satisfaction and retention. Strategic Partnerships:Work closely with regional partners to promote Blackmagic Design products andother AV solutions, ensuring increased product visibility and market penetration.Engage in regional demo activities and partner training programs to build awarenessof our product lines. Market Intelligence & Reporting:Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs toidentify growth opportunities.Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and progress reports to the RegionalSales Manager.Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Engineering, or a related field. MBAis a plus.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role withinthe AV, broadcast, or technology sector. Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.Proven ability to meet sales targets and build relationships with clients.Familiarity with the AV industry, including knowledge of streaming, broadcasting,and digital content creation.Ability to work independently and travel extensively
